First, my disclaimer.
I am only speaking from my little corner of the world. I choose to present myself not as expert, only as example. Having pursued the path of Soul-based creativity over a lifetime, and having benefited, I certainly have experience and insight, which I don’t mind sharing, as pointers and to encourage.
In the early 1900s, Nicholas Roerich, Russian mystic and artist, made a prediction. He called our current growth stage that of the Merchant. He predicted next will be the age of the Artist, when Beauty and Wisdom unite, and eyes open to see the Mysteries. I support creativity of every kind. However, my focus here is, the Arts that ennoble life. And, how the Artist, too long the sacrificial lamb, can ennoble his or her own life by first looking inward. Necessary, as the old marketing mentality, power-driven, still seeks to rule.
I feel I've been blessed to pioneer this new paradigm now finally dawning. I’ve done so mostly quietly, and frankly with considerable inner guidance. I will let my comments and examples speak for themselves, and I am always ready to answer questions.
I have a background in art, writing and music, as well as experience as a hypnotherapist, tho I was calling myself an Intuitive Counsellor at the time. Now that the computer can support more sophisticated softwares, it is allowing me to merge these many sides of myself.
I’m mainly sharing fruits of my journey, as “Inner-tainment”. Sample a few works even before the commentary. Whatever I say springs from the path I’ve explored. It can be called Inner Journeying, Inner Theater, or something more academic. But it’s based on what I know to be true from personal experience. As the poet Blake put it:
“in your bosom you bear your Heaven and Earth,
and all you behold, tho it appears without, it is within,
in your imagination, of which this world of Mortality is
but a shadow.”
